Three decades of design and delivery
Conficio was founded in Lafayette in 2000 to give owners one experienced partner from early planning through construction.
Rene Sanchez
Rene Sanchez founded Conficio in 2000 and leads every project personally. His career spans more than thirty years of residential construction, commercial retail, hospitality development and telecommunications project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and worked with Artech Design Group and DCI Pacific before founding Conficio. That mix of design training and large-program management shapes how the firm works: thoughtful design, backed by the discipline to get it permitted, priced and built.
Today Conficio Design focuses on residential work, including custom homes, remodels, additions and ADUs, partnering with licensed architects and engineers as each project requires.
