Homes designed with care, and carried through to completion.
Conficio Design is a residential design and project management firm in Lafayette, California. We bring owners, architects, engineers and builders together and keep a project moving from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
con·fi·ci·o (Latin, verb)
to put together; to bring to completion.
A good project needs more than a good drawing. It needs someone who understands design, codes, budgets and construction, and who keeps every party working from the same plan.
That is the role we play. We design homes, and we manage the work around them: feasibility, permitting, consultant coordination, bidding and construction. Our logo tells the story. Three walls stand for the people a project depends on. The gold cornerstone is the point everything is set out from.
